An excellent installation job was carried out by Robin, exactly as stated in your conditions. i.e. all work spoil removed a good clean job and no mess to clear up afterwards.

"The heating system installed has been excellent, Low Carbon Energy Centre designed a "mixed economy" system with solar hot water, air source heat pump and wood burning stove with back boiler.  Because our house is a grade 2 listed 18th century cottage we were unable to have solar panels on the roof and are instead out of the way 35 meters down the garden, the insulated pipe installed to transfer the hot water had been superb, meaning that I regularly get hot water over 65 degrees C when the sun is shinning.  During April I received 81% of my water heating from the panels, the hot water tank will retain sufficient heat for 48 hours to allow a hot bath/shower to be had even when the sun has not been shinning.  We have moved from household energy bills of £160 per month to less than £80 per month.  The system has been designed to maximise the free energy of the sun and cheaper energy of the wood burner before the air source heat pump kicks in as a back up, which has allowed us to have a greener heating system whilst continuing to live with the same lifestyle".

From the first phone call enquiring about having a stove fitted to their final visit to light it the LCEC have been very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  The initial quote was very competitive and their level of customer service throughout was of an exceptionally high standard.  The LCEC installed a signature 7 inset wood burner and a limestone fireplace surround and did so with the minimum of fuss leaving the area as clean and as tidy afterwards to when they started.
